All of our rates are based on your specific property & needs which is why we like to come and meet with you personally and quote. Generally a lawn cut only front and back (includes edge trimming and blowing) would be between $40-$50 for small to medium sized property with easy access and a simple mow.

We will send you an invoice detailing the service provided, who did the job (for feedback) and provide our banking details. Payment terms are strictly seven (7) days from work being completed. You can pay cash if that’s easier and will send you a ‘paid’ invoice within 24hrs

We want to make sure you are getting the best possible price for the work required and the only way to do this is to come out and see you. We will come and have a chat about what’s required and provide a written quote so there are no surprises for you or for us.

Yes we do, subject to weather conditions, work load, resource availability & customer requirements. If we need to come to your property on a Saturday or Sunday this would be agreed with you in advance.

No you don’t as long as we can access the areas we need to get the work done. If you’d prefer to be home when we come that’s fine also.

We are a family owned & operated business (not a big franchise) and so we know all of our team members extremeley well and we always know exactly who’s going to be doing the work at your home and their background.

If you have a green waste bin available we would prefer to use that (to keep costs down) but if you don’t we will take any green waste from our visit with us.

We are pleased to be able to offer ‘Same Day Service’ where and when required. This service is subject to weather conditions, resource availability, type or work required and you need to accept quote / be booked in by 11am on the same day. If we are not able to offer you same day service we will prioritise you for the next day.

We are more than happy to work in light rain (this is Melbourne after all) but if its stormy, windy or there is lighting about we won’t work. Most lawns don’t like being mowed if it too wet and generally the finished product is often very poor.

Subject to where the work is being done & weather conditions we generally start at 8am. During Spring & Summer we have been known to start at 7am.

During non Daylight Saving periods we generally work through until 5-6pm subject to weather and light conditions. During Daylight Saving we generally work through until 7-8pm.
